Our primary service area includes five mid-south states, with particular focus on Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky, while also covering on a limited basis, Mississippi and Arkansas. We bring business Buyers and sellers together, offering exit strategies to privately held business owners. Using an extremely disciplined and detailed process developed from decades of collective experience in corporate practice, TNBB conducts a thorough analysis and research to determine maximum value for companies. We market nationally and internationally to source qualified buyers. This process is undertaken with strict confidentiality, minimum disruption to the client’s ongoing business, and with little to no cost to the business owner up front. In fact, we often only receive a fee when successfully achieving the owner(s) goal and close the sale. In some cases, we can create flexible options where an owner can pay an initial consulting fee with a possible later reduction in the closing fee schedule. Another quality that clearly sets us apart is the extremely large buyer network (owners, investors, strategic buyers and Private Equity Groups) which enables us to quickly find buyers, sometimes without even “going to market”.
