RB+B and its predecessor firms, Robb and Brenner, Inc. and William B. Robb, Architect, has provided more than 55 years of continuous architectural services in the State of Colorado. Our current staff of 25 includes 13 registered Architects, an Interior Design Department, and production personnel. The average staff level of experience is 14 years.

RB+B Architects, Inc. emphasizes the close involvement of the Principals in all projects. Our consultants are chosen in part because they share our philosophy of close personal service.

Our approach to design involves building a team consisting of client, designer, appropriate design associates, and consultants who work together from inception to occupancy to address the very specific needs of your project. Our first charge on a project is to be good listeners. As team players we assume the responsibility of achieving your team goals.

Past projects include new and remodeled facilities with budgets up to $38,000,000. We have extensive experience in data and communications, networking, and technology related issues critical in educational facilities. We also provide consulting services to building owners to develop ADA compliance programs. Our documents, as well as those of our consultant’s, are produced on AutoCAD for a complete, integrated set of documents assuring close, competitive bidding and a minimum of problems during construction.

In the last eight years, RB+B has focused on the creation of environmentally responsive or sustainable architecture. We have become a nationally recognized firm in this arena. Fourteen of our architects are LEED Accredited Professional. These projects incorporate extensive natural daylighting, reduced electrical and mechanical loads, as well as low-cost, environmentally friendly materials. Projected utility cost for natural gas and electricity is about 60% of conventional construction and first cost is extremely close to conventional projects. However, the best part of this philosophy is that we are creating a great, light filled environment that is comfortable to work, study, and live.
