Stoneline Designs Inc. has been producing hand-crafted furniture for 30 years, and serving clients looking to invest in domestically-produced, well-built furniture that will stand the tests of time. Our highly functional line of contemporary office and home furnishings emphasize form and texture, fusing aesthetic design and modern functionality. Each piece is made to order in-house and by hand, allowing for specific custom adaptations on a wide range of applications including residential, hospitality, corporate and home office.

Located in a 100 year old textile mill in historic Hillsborough, North Carolina, designer Monte McDermed, works with a team of skilled custom furniture designers and artisans, developing distinct product lines that fit into the overall Stoneline aesthetic - a refined industrial look with an emphasis on texture, contrasting materials, and exposed structure.

Stoneline Design’s customization process allows our customers to adapt a particular furniture design to fit their style and space with a wide variety of material options. Our clients select a base style and finishes, to use with a stone, glass or wood top. Standard sizes are listed in a published price list, and we alter those sizes extensively for specific applications. Our unique mix and match customization process allows an endless combinations, resulting in standout furniture individually interpreted. A tasteful alternative to mass-produced items with little capacity for customization.
