General information

TCR began its journey in the electronics industry in 2009 as a wholesaler of mobile & electronic devices. We were doing repairs and refurbishment in-house and gradually moved toward applying that knowledge in an exceptional retail setting to better assist our customers.

With years of experience under our belts, TCR opened its first retail location in Olde Raleigh Village in October of 2012. Since then, we have expanded our retail operations to reach Durham, Chapel Hill, North Raleigh and the surrounding areas.

The majority of TCR's current repairs are Apple iPhones, iPads and Samsung Galaxy devices but we also repair LG, Motorola, & Google Android devices. We continually strive to expand our device repair list. We most frequently repair cracked cell phone screens but can fix anything - buttons, cameras, speakers, charge ports, batteries. We have spent years finding the highest quality parts and use genuine OEM parts when possible. We also buy, sell, trade, & refurbish devices. All of our repairs and phones come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty.
