My specialty is Women’s Health including menopause management, menstrual issues, vulvar & pelvic pain, painful sex, libido & arousal disorders, and bio-identical hormone balancing. I also have expertise in the areas of thyroid and adrenal health, digestive issues, fatigue & sleep disturbance, depression & anxiety, and non-fasting cleansing & detoxification practices.

As a CA-state licensed ND, I perform physical examinations including routine gynecological care, order and interpret lab tests, and diagnose and treat disease. In addition to seeing women, I also consult with men, children, and teens.

I use integrative medicine to prevent and treat disease, meaning that I blend conventional medical diagnosis and treatment with the use of natural therapeutics. These include dietary and lifestyle counseling, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, homeopathy, bio-identical hormones, and some prescriptive medicine.
