General information

Rincon Consultants is an environmental sciences and planning consultancy providing a comprehensive range of services. We operate from ten California offices: Sacramento, Oakland, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Santa Barbara, Ventura Los Angeles, Redlands, and Carlsbad. We are legally organized as a California Subchapter S Corporation. Our professionals have leadership experience in urban, land use and environmental planning; sustainability planning and monitoring; regulatory compliance; biological resource evaluation and habitat enhancement; cultural resources; soil evaluation and remediation; marine sciences, and related studies including problem-solving services in geology, hydrology, and waste management.

Rincon Consultants is functionally organized into six core service lines: Environmental Sciences, Planning, and Sustainability; Biological Resources Assessment and Regulatory Compliance; Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation, Cultural Resources, Water Resources, and Marine Services. We are supported by a full GIS and Graphics group to enhance our documentation and support our data analyses.
