Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu is an extremely effective style of martial arts that involves straight-line attacks that will immobilize and disable attackers. Basic principles include; blocking and punching simultaneously, getting to the, "Blind Side" of your opponent, attacking their balance and creating openings. We make effective use of close range strikes including, but not limited to elbows, knees and finger strikes. Wing Chun is designed to utilize your opponent's strength against themselves, therefore, unlike other martial arts, Wing Chun does NOT rely on brute strength and power, it is an ideal self defense mechanism for those that are of smaller stature or for women who desire to be able to defend themselves in critical situations.
