Berkshire Healthcare owns or operates 14 rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities in MA; Linda Manor Assisted Living, a traditional assisted living and specialized life enrichment memory care community in Leeds, MA; Kimball Farms, a life care, continuing care retirement community in Lenox, MA.; and two hospice providers, HospiceCare in The Berkshires and Hospice of Franklin County.

Berkshire Healthcare’s skilled nursing centers provide around-the-clock nursing care and patient-centered rehabilitation services, short-term rehabilitation, and post-acute and long-term care. In addition, each community also offers specialized services – like wound care or Alzheimer’s and dementia care – designed to meet the specific needs of the community.

Our senior housing communities offer independent living, assisted living, and specialized life enrichment memory care for those living with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. Residents enjoy retirement living with exceptional amenities, elegant meals, creative activities, and support to live the way they choose.

Our hospice providers offer compassionate support for those living with life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Programs include traditional hospice services, extended bereavement services, adult palliative consultation services, and pediatric palliative care.
