The Plexus TG intraoperative anesthesia record, Anesthesia Touch, gives anesthesia providers the power to manage information electronically from single providers to the largest integrated delivery networks on one simple interface from multiple platforms and locations. Pharmacy Touch™, a modular add-on to Anesthesia Touch™ eliminates duplicate documentation, reduces drug errors, and delivers narcotic tracking, charge capture, and decision support at the point of care, utilizing its bar coding system with imbedded tracking numbers. The closed-loop audit trail for controlled substances begins and ends in the pharmacy of the hospital or outpatient facility.

Plexus IS' Anesthesia Touch is compliant with the ONC-ACB 2014 Edition criteria and was certified as a Complete EHR on October 10, 2013. The ONC 2014 Edition criteria support both Stage 1 and 2 meaningful use measures required to qualify eligible providers and hospitals for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
