Wausau Labor Day Parade 2017 Date: Monday, Sept 4th 2017 Time and place: line up for parade is @ 3pm from 3rd Ave to Cherry St along West Wausau Ave. Parade starts at 4:00pm and will go down 3rd Ave and end at the Wausau Labor Temple 318 S 3rd Ave. We will recognize Grand Marshal,citizen of the year and business of the year at the end the parade in the Labor Temple parking lot. Announcer for Parade: Chad Holmes WXCO 1230 Grand Marshal for this years parade: County administrator Brad Karger Citizen of the Year: Citizen Action of WI North Central Organizing Co-op Business of the year: Stoney Acres Farm Athens. Food Drive: IBEW will be collecting non-perishable food Items and cash donations which will be donated to the Neighbors Place. Look for IBEW Local 388 workers pushing shopping carts or drop off at the Labor Temple, 318 S 3rd Ave Wausau, WI 54401 After the Parade: Come visit the five Oak Belgian Horses in the LT Parking lot KT Country will be playing before the parade from 2:30PM to3:30pm and after the parade from 5:30pm to ???? Food will be served from 2:30pm -??? Brats,Hot Dogs,Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers & Walking Tacos Also come visit our Labor Booth in the LT Parking Lot.
