Poplar Ridge Farm

General information

For 20 years we have been an educationally based farm operation because our owner is a teacher, writer and consultant in the field of health,sports, dance and physical therapy since 1979. We have accepted culinary, hospitality, environmental science and agricultural interns from many schools. Learning to farm was a dream and natural extension of years of study on diet and health for the weekend athlete and the professional. We focus primarily on vegetarian and vegan diets but include partnering with organic dairy and poultry farmers. Our goal has been to be a self sustaining farm for our family and offer a CSA for community members. Our farm has served hundreds of families since 1995.
