Michael has a wide range of basketball experience, he has coached on every level from elementary to professional. He is the National Trainer Mentor, NBA Skills Coach, Camp Clinician with Micah Lancaster's - I'M Possible Training. He is also NFHS and NCAA certified as a coach. He is the founder and president of Mike Allen Sports-Ballin' Ambassadors Basketball, LLC, where he directs sports classes, clinics, private training, basketball leagues, entertainment basketball games and tournaments all across the country. Outside of Michael's busy schedule he has developed a Basketball Leagues that have maxed out to well over 1000 kids
