Justin Martin is a Black Belt and Certified Instructor under Dr. He-Young Kimm of the World Han Mu Do Association. Mr. Martin has a passion for teaching children and adults in a fun and exciting way. Classes will help students to develop mind and body through traditional martial arts training.
Harvest will offer multiple classes for different age groups starting at age 3 with the Mighty Sprouts program. Han Mu Do will be taught to ages 6 to 13 in the Jr program and the adult classes will start at age 14. We will also have the Fifty Forward class for our senior students that want a low impact, relaxing way to move and be social.
