With 18 board certified music therapists, MTA provides families and organizations with the days, times and locations for our services that suit them best. Yes, we travel and provide services at your home or other community location as well as our Whitehall, PA studio! The goal of MTA is to use music to enrich the development of individuals of ALL ages and abilities.
The following services are offered to meet this goal:
* Individual, small and large group music therapy sessions
* Traditional and adapted music lessons on most instruments and voice
* Music therapy assessments and evaluations
* Co-treatment sessions with speech, occupational, and physical therapies
* Professional and support group in-services and presentations on music therapy and its applications with various populations
* Interactive music entertainment and programs for birthday parties, camps, family reunions and other special events
