Country Counseling is dedicated to providing high quality psychological and counseling services to adults, families, and children of any age. The goal of our professional practice is to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Here is some information on a few of our programs:

Individual and Family Counseling:
Struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression in your daily life? Struggle with anger management? We can help!

Couples Counseling:
Learn how to improve communication, and conflict resolution skills in relation to that special someone.

Exodous Recovery Services:
Outpatient treatment program for alcohol and drug abuse for voluntary, and court mandated clients. Click here for more information.

Horse Power:
The Horse Power Program is ideal for the purpose of addressing couples and family issues in a wholesome country environment. This approach differs from raditional office therapy by allowing people to learn about non-verbal communication of attitudes and motives through feedback from horses. Exercises and games with horses are especially useful for building confidence, self esteem, sensory awareness and establishing healthy boundaries, not to mention, they are fun!

Trauma Recovery:
Have you had a traumatic experience? We can help you work through these issues using EMDR techniques to ease Post Traumatic Stress symptoms.

Chronic Pain Management:
Suffer from chronic pain? There are a number of treatments that can assist you in managing and recovering. Please feel free to ask us!
