Are you interested in improving your swim technique for a triathlon? I am a former NCAA Division I swimmer with 15+ years of experience coaching the sport. With my experience I individually train triathletes on the swim portion of their race. My training focuses on drills and instruction to improve stroke technique and overall fitness. My approach will help you become a more efficient swimmer in the pool and in the open water; your swim times will improve while at the same time you will conserve valuable energy to better complete the bike and run portion of your event. I work with all levels of experience. I have flexible scheduling and can provide pool time. Now is the time to start training.
