Nolan Engineering is a custom home designer and structural engineer serving clients in and around Burnt Hills, NY. Before you call a builder, it makes more sense to call a designer to work with you to design the new home or addition you want on paper. We'll work with you to turn your dream into reality through drawings that you can give to builders to get accurate cost estimates. That way, when you select your builder, you can make sure that they build to your plans so that you get exactly what you envisioned, and not what the builder thought you wanted. The drawings will include all the NYS building code specifications the town requires, and the engineer's stamp, so you'll have no trouble getting your building permit.
