Our “Legacy” was founded 10 years ago by Greg Hall, who formed this company with the desire to carry on a real estate legacy. His father-in-law Dan Chandler, founder of Salem Prudential Real Estate Professionals, left behind that legacy. Dan’s motto was “Never tire of doing what is right.” Greg Hall formed his company on that foundation, and we are proud to carry on that legacy.

We share the philosophy of doing what is right for our clients and broker affiliates. We share the same history of starting our real estate careers under the vision and passion of Dan Chandler. As owners, we bring diverse expertise in existing homes sales, new construction, land sales & development, condominium sales and commercial real estate. Together, we offer competent direction to our affiliates.
