The Wintergreen Summer Music Festival and Academy is held on the ski slopes
of Wintergreen Resort and at neighboring wineries, breweries, cideries, and
other venues. Enjoy orchestral favorites with the Wintergreen Festival
Orchestra, classical chamber ensembles, jazz, pops concerts, broadway,
opera, plus cooking classes and seminars! The Nellysford area of the Blue
Ridge Mountains is a short drive from Charlottesville, Washington DC, and
Richmond, which makes the Festival the perfect outdoor summer destination
