Greylock Extended Care Facility offers post-acute skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and recovery following surgery or illness, and long-term skilled care for complex medical concerns and custodial care. Located in a pleasant wooded residential area in Pittsfield, MA less than a quarter-mile from Berkshire Medical Center, Mt. Greylock has been caring for people in the heart of the Berkshires since 1987.
