General information

Located right in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland Ocean Terrace Family Apartments has been owned and operated by the Candeloro Family for over 40 years! We feature 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchens and 1 off street parking spot per apartment. Our apartments are quaint, clean, and just right for any Family looking to escape from busy lives and spend some time at the beach. We are only ½ block from the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk and beach and within walking distance from many restaurants and local attractions. We are fortunate enough to have several families who have been staying with us for 1 or 2 weeks each summer and consider us a part of their family’s’ summer vacation tradition. We are open from the first weekend in May till the middle of October. During the peak summer months (mid-June till the end of August) we rent our apartments by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the time we do rent for shorter periods of time. Come stay with us and let us become a part of your family’s tradition
