Innovative Construction, Inc. was established by Jim Carlson and Randy Gifford in 2005.
Both Randy and Jim have over twenty five years of business and construction experience and eagerly looked forward to establishing a construction company based on their beliefs. They set out to form a construction company based on integrity, innovation and quality.
ICI offers clients an effective alternative to the everyday construction company. ICI brings fresh ideas, an ability to shift gears as designs change, a willingness to research and use new products as well as a profound knowledge of old tried and proven methodologies and products.

ICI’S team approach of working with designers, architects, engineers and clients is a key part of their plan. The team approach keeps projects moving forward and assures a timely and cost effective completion. ICI employs highly motivated skilled craftsmen and has an outstanding subcontractor and vendor base to fit virtually any need in the construction arena. To date those beliefs, experience and dedication have led to numerous successfully completed projects.

ICI’s strengths and core competencies are the experience, dedication, integrity and reputation that each owner brings to the management team. In addition, ICI has an established client list, vendor base, subcontractor base and an experienced work force. ICI offers a combination of services ranging from facility maintenance management, facility maintenance, construction management, actual construction and renovations.
