You will be welcomed by a friendly office staff, who will complete your registration. To assist in providing safe and comprehensive healthcare to you, please bring a list of all your medications and any reports that you would like to share. During your appointment, we will review this information together and build a healthcare plan specific to your needs. During each appointment, I encourage conversation and will do my best to answer all of your questions.
