!!! Our Outdoor Building History !!!
Founded by Abner King and his oldest son Ivan in 1978, Lancaster County Backyard LLC was started primarily to manufacture sheds. However in 1987 the outdoor gazebo was added to the line of backyard structures. In 2006 Steven and Calvin (sons of Abner) stepped into ownership with Ivan. The same year a fire destroyed the gazebo and shed facility. Although tragic, this forced them to build a better and bigger shop. The expansion inspired them to explore other types of outdoor structures. In 2008 two new lines of buildings, namely, wood and vinyl pavilions and pergolas, were added to the already existing line of outdoor gazebos in pa
